This hotel at 110 2nd Avenue, at exit 272, north of I-80, offers great value for money. The rooms are clean and the beds ensure a good night's sleep. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service. Basic amenities are well-maintained. The location is convenient for travelers.
No major issues, just a minor need for some updating.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location was great, with easy access to nearby restaurants and the SoZo restaurant on-site. The room was spacious and perfect for our group of 3 adults and 2 kids. We enjoyed the medieval castle decor, giving it a unique touch. The service was friendly and a staff member went above and beyond to assist with a car issue. The breakfast was tasty and had a good variety of options.
There were bugs crawling on the nightstand by the bed. This made for a sleepless night and affected my rest for a conference the next morning.

We had a great time at the Holiday Inn in Kearney! The pool area was fantastic, and our kids loved the slides. The room was spacious and nicely decorated, with comfortable beds and pillows. The restaurant had delicious food, including a generous breakfast with many hot choices. I highly recommend this hotel for a family trip.

great hotel! clean rooms, friendly staff, and awesome pool area for kids. loved the duvet covers and pillow shams, felt extra clean and comfy. lobby coffee was a nice touch too. even better than my previous stay in Kearney. would definitely stay here again.

Love the water slides!!! Love the boutique! The staff was great & the rooms were very comfortable. We were a traveling bball team & the kids stayed in lobby playing games for hours. Very accommodating to kids!!
The only thing I would change is not having a breakfast. They have a restaurant in house but very pricy!!

Very comfortable, great food, evening food staff was excellent, room was very nice and quiet.
Long halls to walk to restaurant for my handicapped wife. Morning food staff was not attentive, forgot to bring our coffee and we had to find them to get our bill. Nearly all hotels have complimentary breakfast, this one charges $10. Very expensive for us.

Went to a concert and staying at holiday inn was a perfect end to the evening. Staff was friendly and personable. I have a very bad back and sleeping in their bed was incredibly comfy. Would totally stay here again!

The staff was incredibly friendly and went the extra mile to ensure a great experience. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail, like the real coffee machines in the room. Additionally, the location was convenient with easy access to our car for an early-morning departure. The breakfast offered a wide variety of hot choices and great coffee, setting the perfect start to the day.
No major flaws, everything was just fine.
